He is survived by: his wife Hope Shumock of Highland Home; his children, Steve Daniel Shumock, Jr. of Highland Home, Samuel Eubanks (Kaitlyn) of Cullman, AL, Jordan Wiley Eubanks of Monroeville, AL, Jeffrey David Eubanks II of Texas, Rebecca Nicole Eubanks of Texas, Aleah Mona Danielle Shumock of Indiana, Kryuna Malaya Shumock of Indiana and Keiante Laranze Williams of Monroeville, AL; his mother Angie Hardy; and his siblings, Everette Ray Cody Foster and Emma Marie Leveritt. He is also survived by his niece and nephew, and three step grandchildren.
