Though Thomas Joe may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lowe and Ruby Mae Frazier Lowe; and his siblings, Bobby Lowe and Mary Ann Cleckley. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Holmes Lowe; his daughters, Lisa Lowe and Kimberly Conway (Charles); his grandchildren, Tripp Conway, Cayden Conway and Brylee Conway; and his siblings, Charles Lowe (Cornelia) and Linda Tadlock (David). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Turners Funeral Home (360 E 3rd St, Luverne, AL 36049). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
