She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Angie Chancy; and her parents, John J Ray and Myrtle Young Ray. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Chancy and Greg Chancy; her grandchildren, Amanda Vargas, Jennifer Bateman and David Chancy; her great grandchildren, Ava Brandt and Arthur Bateman; and her siblings, Ann Hampton (Howard) and Charles Ray (Deanna). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
