He was predeceased by : his parents, Maury Collins and Eda Collins; and his siblings, Jeffery, Dink and Mary Lou Stevens.
He is survived by : his wife Sheila Collins; his daughter Teresa Roe (Sam); his granddaughter Gracie; and his siblings, Mike Collins (Brenda), William Collins (Dottie) and Janet Mitchell (Jerry). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
