He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Whitworth and Imogene Whitworth. He is survived by: his wife Carol Whitworth; his daughters, Donna Shikles (Rodney), Denise Sivley (Tim) and Danett Taylor (Russell); and his brother Johnny Whitworth (Sherry). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
