He is survived by: his children, Jason, Jeffrey and Tammy; his stepsons, Lance, Cody and Wesley; his grandchildren, Tylar, Evan, Gabriel, Teresa, Piper, Logan, Justin, Harper, Coralynn and Camren; and his siblings, Jerry, Donny, Betty and Tina.
