He was predeceased by: his first Joan Lee Napp; and his parents, Roy Napp and Dorothy Napp. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his stepsons, Bill Wear (Sharon), Charlie Wear, Pat Kennamer (Ashley) and Clay Kennamer (Amiee); and his siblings, Sharon Adam (Ron) and Bob Napp (Doran). He is also survived by Nine grandchildren, nine Great Grandchildren and two Great Great Grandchildren.
The family ask that in lieu of flowers memorials in memory of Jame be made to the Scottsboro First United Methodist Church Children and Youth at 1105 South Broad Street Scottsboro, Alabama 35768.
