She was predeceased by: her parents, James Artemus Lewis, Sr. and Stella Brammer Lewis; and her husband James "Jesse" H. Donaldson, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Diane Donaldson Azbik (Fred) and Jim Donaldson; her grandchildren, Samantha Azbik Garrett (Logan), Thomas "Tommy" Donaldson (Courtney), Tyler Donaldson (Lily) and Nathan J. Azbik; and her great grandchild Jack Garrett. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
