He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Presley Bell and Virginia McSpadden Bell; his wife Dr. Sandra Gilley; his daughter Dr. Amanda Bell Morgan (Stephen, Jr.); his stepson Jason Beavers; his grandchildren, Preston Locke Morgan, Avery Christopher Morgan, Adeline Bell Morgan, Bodhi Steven John Beavers and Daisy Margaret Marie Pfleuger; and his brother James Rory Bell (Lorna).
