She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Burke and Louise Burke of Vestavia Hills; and her sister Bonnie Burke Mellin of Atlanta. She is survived by: her husband Joe Bobby Patterson; her brother James Joseph Burke of Vestavia Hills; her sibling's children, Scott Malcolm Bryant (Julie Carwie Bryant) of Homewood, Rachel Wilkinson Burke of Vestavia Hills, Julie Louise Burke of Vestavia Hills and Catherine Burke Phillips of Vestavia Hills; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, James Parker Bryant, Nicholas Scott Bryant, Burke Gentry, Bobby Phillips, Olivia Gentry and Kate Gentry. She is also survived by relatives and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ridout's Valley Chapel (1800 Oxmoor Rd, Homewood, AL 35209). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
