He is survived by: his wife Shelby Skinner Rogers; his sister Bonnie Henderson (Wayne); his nieces, Brenda Hudgins (Paul) and Beth Henderson; his sister-in-law Jean S. Evers; his nieces, Wendy Bryan, Dixie Allison and Tosha Parker; his brothers-in-law, Lane Skinner and Richard Skinner; his close friends, Lamar and Becky Duffell; and his pets, Angel and Beanie. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews and extended family and close friends.
