Smith; her sons, Jeremy Smith (Cyndee), Jeffrey Smith and Jason Smith (Stephanie); and her grandchildren, Abigail Smith, Tristin Smith, Addison Smith, Ella Kate Smith, Dylan Fountain and Tanner Wesche.
