He is survived by : sister Katherine Teichmiller; his parents, Scott Burks and Sharon Burks; his cousin Matthew White; his nieces, Charlotte and Alice Teichmiller; his uncle Billy Lee; his aunt Cheryl White; and his grandparents, Renee Lee, Milton Burks and Martha Burks. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
