She was predeceased by: her parents, James Wesley Lewis and Martha Feroy Rogers Lewis; her husband Hollis Arledge; her son Phillip Arledge; and her brothers, James Lewis and Henry Lewis.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan Arledge Eagan; her son-in-law David; her grandchildren, Katherine Eagan Grissom (Parker), Connor Eagan and Griffin Eagan; and her great grandchildren, Fallon, Laurel Grissom, Hollis Eagan and John Luke Vannoy Eagan.
