With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gregory Jay Taylor (Hoover, Alabama), born in Jackson, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 18, 2026 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Gregory is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his father Billy Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Pam Taylor of Hoover, AL; his mother Betty Taylor of Collierville, TN; his brother Chris Taylor (Arwen) of Collierville, TN.; his daughters, Amanda Taylor of Kennesaw, GA and Maddie Pozzo (Eric) of Hoover, AL.; and his grandchildren, Evie and Christian Pozzo of Hoover, AL.. He is also survived by aunts and uncles, brother and sisters in law, as well as several nieces and nephews.
