He is survived by: his children, Preston White (Gay Nell), Gregory White (Donna) and Janet Lovett (Art); his grandchildren, Amanda Beckham (Jonathan), Honey Ferguson (John), Martha Austin (Matt), John Anderson, Sarah Childers (Jonathan), Meghan Mathis (Josh), Brooke Braddy (RJ) and David Largin (Veronica); and his great grandchildren, Melanie, Matilda Beckham, Heidi, Charlotte, Timothy Ferguson, Jackson, Chase Austin, Claire, Christian Childers, Beau, Peytyn, Wyatt Largin and Levis Mathis.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens (2701 John Hawkins Pkwy, Hoover, AL 35244). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
