He was predeceased by: his father Huey Penton Humphrey. He is survived by: his mother Gayle Corley Humphrey of Alexander City; his daughter Claire Marie; the mother of his child Sharon Weldon Humphrey of Hoover; his brothers, Robert Henry "Hank" Humphrey (Patrice) of Fort Oglethorpe, GA and Michael Hunter Humphrey (Jennifer) of Prattville, Alabama.; and his siblings' children, Fletcher Humphrey (Bailey) of Oakwood, GA, Brynna Frantz (Stephen), Corley Humphrey, Sarah Beth Humphrey of Fort Oglethorpe, Robert, Ethan and Andrew Humphrey of Prattville.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church (2061 Patton Chapel Rd, Hoover, AL 35216). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Catholic Charities c/o Catholic Diocese of Birmingham in Hal's name.
