She is survived by : her husband Bardomiano Corona; her children, Brenda Corona, Veronica Corona, Enrique Corona, Luis Corona and Alexis Corona; her mother Maria Rivas; and her siblings, Guadalupe Gonzalez, Alberto Gonzalez, Ignacio Gonzalez and Facundo Gonzalez.

A funeral Mass was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Prince of Peace Catholic Church (4600 Preserve Pkwy, Hoover, AL 35226). Visitation was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Kilgroe Funeral Home (1750 Ashville Rd, Leeds, AL 35094).
