He is survived by: his sister Mary Cerniglia Contorupis; his sons, Christoper Cerniglia and Jason Cerniglia (Angie); and his grandchildren, Palmer Cerniglia, Peyton Cerniglia, Parson Cerniglia and Presley Cerniglia. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers Pat requested that donations be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
