He was predeceased by : his parents, William P. Phillips and Marion M. Phillips; and his brother-in-law Jeb Cloyd. He is survived by : his wife Gloria; his sons, Blake and Cade; his daughter-in-law Whitney; his granddaughter Ada; and his siblings, Cindy Cloyd and Bill Phillips (Becky). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
