He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Gornati and Joesph Gornati; his wife Margaret Gornati; his siblings, Theresa Schmid (Robert), Joe and Johnny; his daughter-in-law Michelle Gornati; and his nephew Tommy Hanebrink.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Gornati (Sandi), Scott Gornati, Robyn Reeder (John Giangrosso) and Traci Cooper; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Tyler Kumpee, Marti Gornati, Randy, Michael Reeder, Mark Naugle (Rachel) and Brian Naugle (Leeza); and his friend Gloria McQueen. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
