He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Ruth Murphy Scott and Thomas Watson Scott Sr.; his brother Glenn; his brother-in-law Charles Keiffer; and his daughter-in-law Melinda Scott.
He is survived by: his brother Tom; his cousins, Wayne and Tracy Murphy; his wife Cindy Scott; his children, Tom Scott III, Jennifer Ferguson (Jason) and Mackenzie Scott (Jenna); and his grandchildren, Kaitlin, Hudson, Silas, Scarlett, Watson, Lincoln, Adam and Elizabeth.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made in Tom's memory to The Shepherd Center, a rehabilitation hospital specializing in brain and spinal cord injuries.
