He is survived by: his wife Margie Walker Yancey; his son Mark; his daughter-in-law Minnie Yancey; his grandchildren, Christian Phelps and Jason Basham, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Axel Phelps and Gabriel Phelps; and his siblings, Roberta White and Gertha Lynn.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Snead Funeral Home (170 Richman Dr, Snead, AL 35952).
