She is survived by : her husband Teddy Self; her children, Dylan Self and Dakota Self; her parents, Jerry Lynn and Wanna Price (Davis); her parents-in-law, Ted and Nena Self; her grandparents, Jean Davis and Wilma Jean Price; and her uncle Victor Davis.
