He is survived by: his daughter S. Dru Forrester (John Jacobson) of Lawrence, KS; his sister-in-law Betty Sue Forrester of Ashford, AL; his granddaughter Sarah Jacobson (Thomas Ordway) of Bryan, TX; his great grandchild Theodore Forrest Ordway; and his pets, Buddy and Blackie.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ebenezer Baptist Church (3894 Ebenezer Rd, Columbia, AL 36319). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Ebenezer Baptist Church Cemetery (3894 Ebenezer Rd, Columbia, AL 36319).
