He is survived by: his wife Martha Williams Wade; his stepson Michael Durden of Panama City, FL; his nieces and nephews, Angelia Wade Turner (Cal), Vicki Wade Davis (David), Amanda Wade Henderson, Vince Wade (Michelle), Ron Johnson and Roger Johnson; and his brother-in-law Kenneth Johnson.
