He is survived by: his wife Sarah Childree; his children, David Childree (Tamela) and Sharon Boyett (Danny); his grandchildren, Jessica Collins (Zo), Kaylee Walls (Justin), Timothy Myers (Kristen), David Myers (Heather), Wesley Grubbs (Shealee), Jerrad Creel (Miranda) and Anna Creel; and his brother James Lamb. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
