He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Harper of Dothan; his children, Steven Harper of Wauchula, FL and Stephanie Michelle Evans (Jason) of Wauchula, FL; his brother Mike Harper (Linda) of Dothan; and his caregiver Lynda Kirkland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
