She was predeceased by: her husband Homer Frank Holmes Jr.; and her son Anthony Frank Holmes. She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Gannaway (Steve). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Hueytown Baptist Church (3000 Dwaine Ave, Hueytown, AL 35023). A graveside service was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Highland Memorial Gardens (3115 18th Ave, Bessemer, AL 35020).
