He is survived by: his daughter Karen Horne (Chris); his grandchildren, Daniel Allen (Amy), Chase Ethridge (Payton) and Annika Horne; and his great grandchildren, Tucker Allen, Levi Allen, Rayney Jo Ethridge and Brooks Ethridge. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
