He was predeceased by: his brother Millard (ML); and his daughter Lynda (Sarah). He is survived by: his wife Hazel; his daughter Kathy Glass (Don Rickard); his stepchildren, Lori Davis (Bill) and Terry Allen (Judy); and his brother Edward. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
