He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Williams and Verlene Williams; and his brother Wilburn Williams. He is survived by: his brothers, Charles Williams and Claude L. Williams (Theresa); his sister-in-law Wanda Williams; and his nieces and nephews, Phillip Hill (Janet), Craig Williams (Barbara), Ben Williams (Tracy), Connie Dabbs (Jack) and Audrey Williams.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Rock Creek Church of God.
