She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert J. Sr. Lilley and Elizabeth Lilley; and her brothers, Benjamin Lilley and Robert J. Lilley, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Charles L. Baker, Jr.; and her daughter Lisa Boyd (Michael). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
Elizabeth was very active civically, serving as a counselor for the American Cancer Society and the Altar Guild at St. Aloysius Church.
