Ida Ann Cox Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ida Ann Cox of Hueytown, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 7, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Ida Ann leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Wade and Curtis Wade; and her brother Robert. She is survived by: her son Danny Wade (Sandra); and her granddaughters, Leslie (Cox) and Jenna Lee. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cedar Hill Cemetery (650 Circle Heights Cir, Bessemer, AL 35020).
