He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Hicks and Acie Hicks; and his brothers, Ronnie and Dewey Hicks. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; and his children, Lori Hipp, Jeanie Whitehead (Robert) and Bryan Hicks (Dusty). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews.
