She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry E. Hamaker, Sr.; her parents, Hewlett P. Collins and Evelyn Collins; and her brother Ronald Preston Collins. She is survived by: her children, Joy H. Madison (Bob) and Jerry E. Hamaker, Jr. (Angie); her grandson Matthew Hamaker; her sisters, Sue Rotenberry and Carol Collins; and her pets, Peyton and Tebow. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

Family request that memorials be made to St. Jude's. Hospital.
