It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Lee Clevenger of Hueytown, Alabama, who passed away on June 12, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Jerry Lee departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Jerry Lee. Though Jerry Lee may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rupert Clevenger and Audrey Clevenger; and his brothers, Rudy and Joe Clevenger. He is survived by: his son Jason Clevenger; his grandchildren, Amberly Higgins (Austin) and Aaron Clevenger (Allison); and his brother Shawn Clevenger.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Bessemer Brown Service Funeral Home (1300 4th Ave N, Bessemer, AL 35020). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at the Cedar Hill Cemetery (650 Circle Heights Cir, Bessemer, AL 35020).
