It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Perry Ann Conwill Banks of Hueytown, Alabama, who passed away on June 23, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her significant other Joe Banks; her parents, Marvin Conwill and Francis Bentley Conwill Guthrie; and her siblings, Roland Banks, Cliff Banks, Charlcie Lucas, Alice Tubbs and Janice Richey.
She is survived by: her brother Jerry Guthrie; her children, Jo Ann Banks Wynn (John), Karen Banks Carlile (Todd) and Mike Banks; her grandchildren, Chris Tucker (Ashley), Kaci Leach, Kayla Bates (Chad) and Lindsey Rich (Chad); her great grandchildren, Peyton, Landon Tucker, Braden, Silas Leach, Graham, Henry, Hattie Bates, Ellie, Emilia, Alexander, Jeremiah and Aidan Rich; and her niece Ginger Guthrie. She is also survived by her grands and great grands, cousins, nieces, nephews and several very special close friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Peoples Chapel Funeral Home (195 Brooklane Dr, Hueytown, AL 35023). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Funwral Home.
