He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Williams Vines and Luster Vines; and his brother Gary Dale Vines. He is survived by: his wife Doris Herron Vines; his brother Travis Vines; his children, Lisa Vines Finch and Wesley Wade Vines (Linda); and his grandchildren, Claire Kelly Mathews (Kyle), Evan Kelly (Brittany), Christian Vines (Brooke) and Kelsey Cromer. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren, beloved cousins, extended family, and friends.
