She is survived by: her husband Bobby Bowden; her daughter Karen Horne (Chris); her grandchildren, Daniel Allen (Amy), Chase Ethridge (Payton) and Annika Horne; and her great grandchildren, Tucker Allen, Levi Allen, Rayney Jo Ethridge and Brooks Ethridge. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Peoples Chapel Funeral Home (195 Brooklane Dr, Bessemer, AL 35023). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
