She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Downey, Jr.; her daughter Tabitha Jade Downey; and her parents, Charlotte Annette Vines and Jack Dennis Vines. She is survived by: her sons, Timothy Downey and Tyler Downey; her cousin Holly Miles; and her aunt Sybile Wallace.
