She is survived by: her children, John C. Hay, III (Meredith), Susan Hay Woodroof (Thomas) and David Kelly Hay (Paige Beitel); and her grandchildren, Tom Woodroof (Lacey), Adalene Woodroof, Sarah Woodroof, Kelly Hay, John William Hay, Thomas Hay and Katherine Hay.
