He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Lay and Norma Young. He is survived by: his wife Ann Lay; his children, Tracy Lay (Kimberly) and Joshua Lay; his stepchildren, Thomas Havens and Jamie Hughes (Cody); and his grandchildren, Joseph Lay, Andrew Lay and Cora Havens.
