Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Albert leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Holt and Carrie Lee Long Holt; and his brothers, Alexander and Christopher. He is survived by: his siblings, Garland Holt (Ruby), Michael Long and Jeannie Harris (Tony); and his sisters-in-law, Tondra Holt and Janet Partee. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Laughlin Service Funeral Home (2320 Bob Wallace Ave SW, Huntsville, AL 35805). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Restoration Church (5810 Wall Triana Hwy, Madison, AL 35758). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Alabama National Cemetery (3133 Hwy 119, Montevallo, AL 35115).
