He is survived by: his brothers, Ollie "J. R." Parton (Penny) and Claris "Boots" Parton (Jane); his stepchildren, Christine Ake (Jerry) and Mark Noblitt; his stepgrandsons, Garrett Ake and Hayden Ake; and his close friends, Jerry and Janie Seymour. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
