He is survived by: his sons, Jackson Bullard and Evan Bullard; his stepson Nathaniel Fenn; his parents, Charlie White and Carron Bullard; his siblings, Whitney Cunningham (Aaron), Carrie Bullard Ray (Jason) and Mathew Bullard (Andrea); and his stepbrother Shane White (Crystal).
