He was predeceased by: his parents, William Howard Skelton, Sr. and Kato Arwin Frasier Skelton; his son Eric Skelton; and his brother Jerry Mark Skelton. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Skelton; his children, Joseph Skelton, Jason Skelton, Marc Skelton and April Skelton-Sedun; his brothers, W. H. "Hal" Skelton, Jr. and James Andrew Skelton, Sr.; and his stepchildren, Phoebe, Mary Ann, Danilo and Donald. He is also survived by Eight Grandchildren, Four Great Grandchildren, two nephews and two nieces.
