He is survived by: his children, Matthew Aaron Bailey and Madison Anne Bailey; his wife Phyllis Crumbley Bailey; his mother Rebecca Coble Bailey; his sisters, Glenda Bartshe (Rod), Pam Florence (Bobby) and Lisa Birchett (Steve); and his sisters-in-law, Helen Cagle Crumbley (Ken) and Karen Simmons (Warren). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
