He was predeceased by: his parents, Minnie Stumbaugh and Robert Stumbaugh; his wife Jean; and his daughter Sharon Stumbaugh. He is survived by: his children, Sandra Johnson (Ed), David Stumbaugh Jr. (Tedra), Michael Stumbaugh (Mary Ann) and Jill Stumbaugh Sampson. He is also survived by six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
