He was predeceased by: his mother Marguerite Perkins (Wagner). He is survived by: his father Almer Perkins of Hartford, WI; his sister Ann Conroy (Paul Wilson) of Hartford, WI; his nephews, Jim Fabry of Los Angeles, CA and Zach Fabry (Ashley) of Mason, MI; his pet Isabella; and his brother-in-law Kevin Conroy Jr..

Donations in his memory to the American Heart Association would be appreciated.
